Spruce | Teja LLP was founded by Tracey Spruce and Pamela Blatte Teja, who met at the start of their careers in the labor and employment department of a large Boston law firm. Later, they served as in-house employment counsel in different organizations, where they learned that lawyers are most effective when they help identify and mitigate risk, but do not stand in the way of business. Reasonable outside counsel rates help, too.
